We at Hot Ideas strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at  general@hotideas9.com  OR jitu@hotideas9.com 

To return any product that is damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email within 48 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product.

All damaged product or product not as per your order that is to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and in saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.

Postage and courier charges for any transaction will not be refunded and shall be borne by customer.

No exchanges or refunds on any opened products (except if the material is damaged OR its other then the ordered products) OR used products.
